When connecting the plunger with the mechanical load, take care to connect the mechanical load to the plunger with the plunger’s operational orientation at the center. Poor configuration can result in a reduction of the product’s life.

If the drawing power margin is too small, and minute conditions can cause defective functions (delay or lack of absorption). On the contrary, if the margins are large, impacts within the iron core will be great, and over time the iron core may become deformed and enlarged through the absorption of residue, thereby reducing the life of the product. Please check the product by testing the life and performance in the machine itself.
