Slim Lock

Slim lock is the electric solenoid lock, thin and tough. The thickness is only 10 mm.
Ideal for delivery parcel locker. This product is a compact design, so does not occupy space.

The door is locked when it is closed. When solenoid is energized, the door is unlocked and pushed out.
Sturdy construction prevents theft by destruction.
For control, RFID, fingerprint, and numeric keypad are available.

Slim Design

Innovative technology is packed into an ultra-thin form, achieving an exceptionally slim profile. The Slim Lock is just 10mm thick (while the Slim Lock Light is 12mm), offering a sleek yet robust security solution with outstanding usability.
Its compact design maximizes space efficiency, allowing for installation in a wide range of locations without limitations.

Robust Design

The Slim Lock delivers powerful locking strength with a durable design and a 3.2mm thick iron frame, achieving a holding force of 250 kg. The cam undergoes Tufftride processing, enhancing its corrosion resistance for long-lasting durability.
For the resin-based Slim Lock Light, we use PPS resin, which provides excellent strength and heat resistance despite being a non-metallic material. This model achieves a holding force of 180 kg.
Additionally, the lock's patented structure (Patent No. 7064120) prevents accidental unlocking, even under excessive force.
For added security, the lock features an emergency release function, ensuring it can be unlocked even during a power outage.

Emergency Unlock Function

One of the weaknesses of electric locks is their inability to operate when power is lost. To address this, we have incorporated a manual unlocking mechanism for emergencies, ensuring safety and reliability even in unexpected situations.
You can manually unlock the lock by either pulling the release lever (for models with a lever) or sliding the plunger using a pin or similar tool.

Lock Status Detection Signal

When integrating an electronic lock into a product, it is crucial to have a clear indication of the locked and unlocked states. Takaha Lock is designed with a built-in mechanism to detect lock status from the initial development stage.
•Slim Lock and Slim Lock Light use a micro switch to determine lock status.
•Deca Lock utilizes a proximity sensor to detect the cam position.
These signals can be connected to an LED or other indicators to visually display the lock status.

You can connect the lock status signal to an LED or other indicators to visually detect the locked and unlocked states through illumination.
